Projection
TVs, monitors, high-end video walls, and data projectors that do a lot more than just PowerPoint – Event-Tech has them all. Our best data projector is the Full HD 5400 ANSI lumens at WXGA resolution. The standard one required is the HD projector at 2400 ANSI lumens.
Time permitting, we will endeavour to set up the equipment and demonstrate any features which may prove useful. There are many variations of equipment which allow visual optimisation of your presentation.
Sound
Choose from 100 watts through to 10,000 watts of scintillatingly crisp sound. Speciality lapel, lectern, and cordless mics can be mixed in with pre-recorded sounds played from laptops, tapes, videos or DVDs at a level to suit the aspirations of every event organiser.
Lighting
No matter where your presentation is taking place, the focus must be on the subject. The best way to achieve this is to subdue the lighting and then highlight the points you wish to accent. Even when the lighting is part of your entertainment, using the correct fittings for the correct job is paramount. Event-Tech understands how to achieve the best look to light your lectern or display – even if this means placing the fittings in awkward places.
Video
Event-Tech has the right equipment to command a very professional result including a number of Canon and Panasonic cameras used to produce TV-quality videos. These cameras, backed by our experienced camera operators, along with Chris's previous experience as a judicial camera operator for the TAB trackside outside broadcast units, give us the ability to create a very professional result.

Sometimes your family and friends can't make your event in person. But that doesn't mean they don't want to share your special day. Many people now choose to have a video of the ceremony live streamed to a private page on the internet for distant relatives. If your guest list is larger than your main venue, you can also live stream onto a television and sound system in another room for extra guests.
For this once-in-a-lifetime occasion, recording your special day can make the memories come alive when compared to still photos. Packages can be tailored to suit your requirements. For example, our team can capture:
